Compact dual scan head with single beam input

In a Nutshell

• output separation 95 or 115 mm
• aperture 11 or 16 mm
• wavelength 1064 nm
• beam splitter
• beam expander ×1.4, adjustable collimation
• pilot laser
• control via system controller or XY4-100 interface
• either double the processing performance by parallel operation
• or significantly extend the scan field using individual data for each head

In its sealed housing 1 beam splitter, 2 beam expanders (1 of them motorized) and a pilot laser are already integrated.

The total power transmission is better than 92%. The ratio between both output beams is better than 46:54  for random polarized beams. For polarized beams the output can be exactly matched with an optional external ?/4 wave plate.
